Group Bookings:
Minimum $100 Bond per unit Required. Refundable 10 days after Vacating, Subject to No loss and/or Damage/Misbehavior.

Once a quote is confirmed for a group booking by paying the deposit any changes made to numbers or any changes dates will occur fees and will be at a cost of $20 per change charged to your booking)

Facilities:
All Cabins EXCEPT STANDARD UNITS provide Mugs, Cutlery, Electric Stove, Pots, Fry pan, Plates large and small, Dessert Plates, Toaster, Tea towel, Dishcloth, Detergent, Pillows & Pillowslips.
Guests Supply Own Blankets, Sheets & Towels.

Bookings:
Will be Deleted unless Deposit Received within 10 days of booking date.
Fees to be paid on Arrival and/or weekly in advance. Any costs incurred in recovery of fees will be charged for.
Maximum Stay at any one time is 4 weeks

Check-in:
Check in is between 2pm – 8pm (and up till 10pm by prior arrangement)

Office Hours:
8am – 8pm Daily and up until 10pm by prior arrangement

New Arrivals:
All new arrivals must register at office on Arrival.
Information Required: Name, Address, Vehicle Registration, and Number of People.

Cancellation Policy: June 2023

A confirmed booking is a contract between us to reserve the required accommodation for you to arrive, and to use that accommodation. Changes to any bookings are subject to our terms below.

GROUP BOOKINGS – All group bookings are final by accepting the quote and can only be canceled or amended by giving 30 days notice, No changes can be made within 30 days of your booking date. Including any reduction to the confirmed numbers of people secured must be advised within 30 days arrival date, otherwise tariff will be charged for the confirmed numbers accepted by you.

For each change made to a quote once secured prior to 30 days (an admin fee of $25.00 per change will be charged and added to the invoice prior to final payment).

Any cancellation to a confirmed booking is subject to a charge of $25.00 cancellation fee per cabin charged from your secured deposit.

SINGLE BOOKINGS – All single bookings are confirmed once deposit is paid and are subject to change by giving 14 days notice.

Any cancellations prior to 14 days will be charged admin fees of $25 per cabin charged from your secured deposit.

Management Reserves the Right to Refuse Entry to the Park/Camp and/or any Person/Persons Deemed to be Unsuitable

Damage & Loss:
Any damage must be paid for during the Time of stay. The person whose name the booking is under is responsible for and damage or loss.

Rules:
1. No Dogs/Animals are permitted within the Park
2. By Law No Smoking policy applies to all camp Buildings and Caravans. Should you not adhere to the Smoking Law an extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Which will be taken from your Credit Card or your Bond.
3. Speed limit within the park is 5km hour at all times
4. Barrier Arm Code is for the registered vehicle only
5. In consideration to other Guests Quietness must be observed after 9.30pm
6. Excessive Drinking / Party atmosphere will NOT be tolerated.

Visitors:

Visitors cars must be left in visitor’s car park

Acceptance of Tenancy Implies Acceptance of the above conditions and by-laws of the Palmerston North City Council 1965. Tenancy may by Cancelled at any time for NON-compliance
